Returns and Refunds

Customers who purchase items through DragonsBreathSolar.co.uk will receive a full refund if they cancel their orders 24hrs prior to the day of dispatch.

Once goods have been dispatched and up to 14 days thereafter goods purchased can be returned to our address as mentioned in the contact us page, such items are to be received unused and in a as new resalable condition returned at the customers own costs. Any fees and or postal costs will then be deducted from the total leaving a refund balance payable to customers within 21 days.

We supply products throughout the UK mainland. Countries or districts outside of this vernacular are advised to make contact with us by email to discuss delivery options.

Goods are dispatched using courier services where possible accepting our terms and conditions. Goods received should be in a new undamaged condition, should the goods be received in a damaged state we then refer you to our general terms and conditions page within this web site.

Customers who have purchased equipment with a manufacturer’s warranty exceeding the cancellation period are advised to read our general terms and conditions policy.

Excluding the special offers page of our web site, where refunds are not accepted under our general returns policy as above those reduced price offers remain our customers ownership unless said products fail due to manufacturing errors, manufacturers will be contacted to consider return policies under this omission.

Goods received are unwanted
We will in some instances allow the return of goods to Dragons Breath Solar if you no longer want them, Goods supplied by us must be returned in a re-saleable and functioning
condition (in the case of electronics or batteries, they must still be sealed and unopened).
You the customer will be responsible for returning any goods to us, and credit will only be issued once the goods
have been returned, inspected and deemed to be in a re-saleable condition. Once approved, you
will be credited for the value of the goods minus a 25% restocking fee (or £60, whichever is
greater), this will not include any courier or delivery costs incurred on the original order.
Non-stock or bespoke products that have been bought in specially for an order cannot be
returned unless they are damaged or faulty
