Sunsynk battery:

Lithium ion type batteries are now easy to install and ideal for domestic properties. The Lithium phosphate media within the storage packs are stable, and are non explosive in their makeup. We offer several different sized options in 48v that require the correct equipment to charge effectively. Unlike standard lead acid type batteries, the lithium ion battery will have a much greater capacity in DOD. They also can work in much greater temperature ranges, allowing high current discharges to be allowed without damaging the structure of the battery. Usually the depth of discharge can be 5% as opposed to standard batteries of 40%. This allows the life cycle times to be extended up to in excess of 6,000 cycles. Making them good for around 20 years maintenance free.
